Miki Forex Partner Program Rules for Webmasters

In order to become a Miki Forex partner you must be over 18 years old.
Upon registration in our Partner Program you will get everything you need to succeed at work:

• Referral links for partners
• Promotional materials
• Statistical overview of the transitions on your referral links
• Statistics

Cookies for unlimited time (namely, they will remain until a user deletes them).
The commission amount depends on the product. You can find out more details about your commission directly at your partner account on a page with the promotional materials.
We offer 3 Level Reward System, namely every visitor that gets on your website following your link and decided to become a participant of our Partner Program will be automatically  assigned to you, and then you will receive a certain percentage of his/her future earnings.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Partner Program gives webmasters the opportunity to work with offers of their advertisers and earn money advertising their products and finding new customers on the Internet.
Miki Forex is using its own software that hosted by www.mikiforex.com and its subdomains.
If you want to participate in our Partner Program as the webmaster, you have to register and provide a link to your website.
Miki Forex Admin reserves the right to refuse the webmaster to participate in the Partner Program without any explanation.
The webmasters may invite other webmasters to register with the Miki Forex Partner Program using the referral link from a personal account. Each invited referral will earn 10 % of his/her income for the webmaster who brought in this referral.

REQUIREMENTS TO THE SOURCES
It is necessary to register one or several sources in the Partner Program to start bringing in new visitors to www.mikiforex.com website.

Sources may be:

• Personal webmasters websites
• Contextual, banner and teaser advertising networks
• Social networks
• Doorways which are created to attract traffic on low-frequency requests from search systems
• Other sources after preliminary agreement with the Miki Forex Administration

Requirements to the personal websites of webmasters:

• Daily attendance shall be not less than 100 unique visitors per day during last month
• Website shall be located on the paid hosting (there may be some exceptions for advertising and landing pages)
• Website should have the meaning content, rather than just a list of links or advertising set.
• Website should be fully functional at all levels, no pages under development
• Websites that provide untrue information about numbers of visitors are not allowed
• Website shall not break the legislation of Israel
• Website content shall not violate any personal rights, intellectual property rights and copyrights, including but not limited to
• Website shall not provide any investment advice that prohibited by laws
• Website shall not contain materials for adults only, including violence or profanity
• Website shall not promote illegal activities, such as illegal gambling, bomb making, currency counterfeiting, etc.
• Website shall not use pirated software
• Website shall not promote hacking, phreaking, fraud, and any other illegal activity

RESTRICTIONS

Webmaster is prohibited to:

• Use not approved and unauthorized sources
• Use sources which break the legislation of Israel, including intellectual property laws
• Use any traffic of active advertising systems like seosprint, wmmail etc.
• Ignore requests of the Administration to submit data about traffic sources or any other information related to the webmaster’s activity in the Miki Forex Partner Program
• Somehow mislead the website Administration

Somehow fraud the system, including:

• Achieve goals independently
• Achieve goals by other users as a result of a request, reward, deception or misleading
• Use sources that are not authorized by the offer and indicated in its description
• Use undesirable distribution (spam) to attract users or other webmasters
• Use graphic and other advertising materials, which do not refer to the target offer, including materials belonging to other product or brand to drive the traffic
• Use deliberately false facts about the offer to drive traffic
• Initiate automatic actions of users using scripts, bots and any other resources

RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Webmaster is responsible to:

• Abide by these rules strictly
• Indicate always only reliable information about his activity within the Miki Forex Partner Program
• Contact Miki Forex support service for webmasters, if any questions on the Partner Program usage appear ([email protected])
• Respond immediately to requests and appeals of the Miki Forex Administration, including elimination of the complaint reasons from the advertisers regarding the content and quality of the advertising materials, as well as sources and ways for placement of advertising materials

Please Note! The Miki Forex Administration has right to apply sanctions to the webmaster, if the reply to the request and appeals of the Administration is not received within 24 hours

The webmaster has the right to:

• Receive commission amount, technical support, and statistics in a timely manner

Miki Forex Administration is responsible to:

• Pay out earned funds in a timely manner
• Provide the statistics in a timely manner
• Provide the technical support

Miki Forex Administration has the right to:

• Suspend payouts on the account till the reasons will be determined in order to check the indicated data of webmaster, as well as the traffic quality of the webmaster (as well as per request of the advertiser), and if there is an objectively reasonable cause to suspect the webmaster of breaking these rules
• Block a temporary or permanently source, which breaks these rules, as well as per request of the advertiser
• Block an account of webmaster on the traffic complaint from the advertiser that provided by the partner
• Block an account permanently without refunding the remaining account balance if the webmaster does not partner or respond to Administration for three monthsMake any corrections to the statistics till 20 of the following month after the reporting one upon the results of reconciliation with the advertiser, and eliminate any technical faults

PAYMENT PROCEDURES
Payouts to the webmasters are made on accounts of WebMoney-wallets, which numbers are indicated in the partner personal account.
Electronic funds transfer (EFT) option is also available in our Partner Program.

Rules of payment:

• Payouts can be made on monthly basis from 1 to 5 of the following month after the reporting one
• All payouts are made on centralized and simultaneous basis to all webmasters
• Minimal amount to be paid out is $100

FINAL PROVISIONS

Miki Forex Administration reserves its right to change these rules at any time and without a preliminary notice.
If any partner will try to inflate a site's traffic statistics by artificial increasing the number of leads or clicks using fraudulent methods, then Miki Forex Administration reserves its right to terminate its partnership without paying any commission.
The partner must prove the fact that he/her has not engaged in any fraudulent activity.

Miki Forex Administration would consider accounts as suspicious in the following cases:

• Click-through rate (CTR), if the accounts have higher average than the industry averages without any solid reasons
• If our customers provide the leads and identified them as fraudulent
• If the accounts use automated programs to generate the clicks or leads
• If the accounts use illegal methods of advertising

If the webmaster violates these rules Miki Forex Administration has the right to:

• Suspend payouts on the account till the reasons will be determined
• Block the account permanently without refunding the remaining account balance

The Administration reserves its right to block any account without a preliminary notice and cash payouts!
